- Dear New User / Perspective User,
-
-
- Enclosed on the disk you will find the following four files:
-
- (1) DISKxxx.ARC -- DISK COMMANDO: Advanced Norton Like Disk Utilities.
- Contribution of $40.00 required.
-
- (2) ARKE.EXE -- PKARC program used to extract the programs from the
- above '.arc' files. PKARC, like us, is a shareware program.
- It is a very fast unarchive program. We ask that if you find
- it of use, that you send the respectful programmers a
- contribution.
-
-
- To extract the files out of the '.arc' files, follow the following steps:
-
- First in human terms:
-
- (1) Make a directory on your hard disk named after the appropriate program.
- (2) Copy the appropriate '.arc' file to the directory you just made.
- (3) Use 'ARKE.EXE' to extract the files from the '.ARC' file.
-
- Now in DOS terms: (assuming drive 'C' as hard disk and drive 'A' as
- distribution disk. xxx means put in the desired directory name)
-
- (1) mkdir c:\xxx
- (2) copy a:xxx.arc c:\xxx
- (3) c:
- (4) cd \xxx
- (5) a:arke xxx
-
-
- If you have any questions on the above procedure, please call us at
- (512)-670-8835.
